Did anybody else experience this issue? My device stopped working after the last update. Initially, it was paired with the phone. But no that was syncing. Then I rebooted it a few times. Did not work. Then I unpaired and try to pair again, and from that point on I have no more sensor activity. Now two days fullly in charger and no life in the device
Hey @haydaru, I’m experiencing the same issue with my WHOOP. Mine suddenly stopped syncing and wouldn’t pair with the app. I tried deleting the device and reconnecting it, but after that, it completely stopped tracking anything. The sensor isn’t responding at all — no green or blue lights on the side, and no green light under the sensor.
They informed me they would send a new device. Appears odd though that the device itself is exactly the same and only updates to the software has happened
That’s great they’re sending you a new device! @haydaru Yeah, it’s definitely strange since the hardware looks the same and only software updates have changed recently. A lot of us seem to be having the exact same issue at the same time, so it really feels like something on WHOOP’s side must have caused it.
Hopefully mine gets replaced too — I already opened a case and I’m waiting for their reply.
