Despite renewing my subscription unable to upgrade using free option from Whoop 4.0 to 5.0. Am in India

It has been more than 12 days since i started the support email on the inability to upgrade to the new Whoop device post renewal of my membership. I was informed that the local partner in India will take it up and send across the device. Now it has been more than a week, other than the request to keep waiting for 24-48 hours, I havent got any clear response on when I can expect the device! I am in India.
