Sorry to hear you don’t want to continue using WHOOP. To cancel your membership, please follow the steps below. Please note that cancellation depends on your membership type.

  1. Go to the WHOOP web app: app.whoop.com → log in.
  2. Navigate to Membership (sometimes under “Account” or “My Account”).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select “Cancel Your Membership”.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps which will vary depending on your membership type (e.g., prepaid annual vs month-to-month) and when you signed up.
