I track my body weight and body fat percentage daily using a Garmin scale. The data is then synced with Apple Health and is available in the Apple Health app. In Apple Health, I’ve enabled data sharing with Whoop.
However, only the body weight is shown in the Whoop app – the body fat percentage is not being displayed.
Does anyone have a solution for this matter? Any feedback is highly appreciated.
I do not think there is a Body fat % separate trend view. I sync my data also and in Apple Health I see Body fat % but in whoop that is translated to Lean Body Mass %. If you drill in you will see Body fat %.
Unfortunately, only the body weight is transferred to the Whoop app. For body fat percentage, there is no data shown in the Whoop app, even though the values are available in Apple Health.
Attached is a screenshot (unfortunately in German), but the section where the percentage value appears is exactly where the body fat percentage should be displayed.
I hope I could explain it in a proper manner as I am not a native speaker.
I see this is each individual weight per day. I use a Wyze scale and it seems to sync fine. I do see some days it is missing but that’s when I weigh myself but forget to sync and manually create an entry. The days I remember to sync my scale I see Body fat %.
