Did anyone except me notice that customer support is not as expected ?!
Actually even during phone calls the customer support team are trying to make everything seems to be easy and solvable but here is me, Since two weeks they can not change my username which is not a big deal !!
Even for Upgrading to WHOOP 5.0 there is a mistake during the check out they add extra device and battery.
And guess what I have tried to call the support team and they have done nothing about it also!!
To be honest my expectations of this company support system were higher and I am very disappointed.

Support is so incredible terrible, what a scam Whoop is running.
@MyrnaSherif I TRULY had no idea how bad CS is with Whoop. I should have done my research better. I believed in the hype w/ the pods and ads. I’m sharing via X so others can not fall into this hole of issues
Support has taken 3 days to reply to a warranty issue. And the response is that we have received your message. This company advertises a lifetime warranty of its product, but be very patient, very very patient, and it will happen. They don’t state great warranty response as a strength. And they don’t state it for a reason.
