How can I contact the customer service of Whoop?

I have sent them an email and they responded with an AI message that didn’t help with my situation at all.

The track order link they have sent me doesn’t show me where my order is it’s been 2 weeks now and I haven’t received it. When I click on the link and fill in my order number a message appears “We couldn’t find your order”

It looks like our case is still open with our Membership Services team meaning they’re working on it and will get back to you with more information soon.

I have ordered my sport band in 17 Oct and now we’re in November and still no one has gave me a receiving day estimate. I was thinking of ordering more bands but in that case it seems difficult to get your orders in time.

I am in the same situation. I ordered on October 16 and it hasnt been processed yet. Customer service has been “looking in to it” for two weeks and has no answer as to when it will ship.
