Whoop did not track my sleep last night. When it asked for a manual entry I didn’t have the hours correct and now my rover was like 3 %. Help!
Hey @drhl! Sorry to hear about the issue. To edit last night’s sleep, all you’ve got to do is:
- Hit your “Sleep” gauge from the top of the app
- Scroll until you see “Last Night’s Sleep” above the first graph
- Hit the “Edit” button next to a pencil emoji
- Enter in your approx. corrected start & end times
Shouldn’t be an issue tonight – just make sure you’re charged and connected to your phone. If you encounter this issue again, please send an email over to support@whoop.com and we’ll get you all squared away!
