There is a direct contradiction in the Strength Trainer for bodyweight exercises (like Push-Ups) that makes tonnage tracking confusing:

The UI instruction: The screen explicitly says, “Exclude your bodyweight when inputting weight.”

The outcome: I entered 0kg as instructed, but the app calculated 0kg total tonnage for the exercise. Meanwhile, a much easier 10kg dumbbell set logged 100kg tonnage.

The chatbot advice: The Whoop AI coach told me to ignore the UI and enter an estimated bodyweight load (60-70%) just so the tonnage wouldn’t be zero.
Feedback: If users follow the on-screen instructions, their tonnage stats are ruined. If they want accurate stats, they have to break the UI instructions. Please align the app’s text instructions with how the tonnage calculation actually works.
