Constantly “Off body” father last swim

Hi everyone,

My WHOOP 5.0 is only 2 weeks old and since my last swim session it constantly shows “Off Body”, even though I’ve:

  • Rinsed it with fresh water

  • Dried and cleaned the sensors

  • Adjusted the strap fit

  • Rebooted the device and reinstalled the app

Hours later, the problem persists.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue with their WHOOP 5.0 after swimming?
