Connection Problems since 2 days!

My whoop was functioning perfectly. But since 2 days it disconnecting 3 times per day and not reconnecting again. I also had today data lost in my stress monitor and sleep tracking!

Hi @Stiebii. Here are a few troubleshooting options for you to try:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is ON and WHOOP is connected in phone settings.
  • Toggle Bluetooth OFF for 10 seconds, then back ON.
  • Open the WHOOP app, go to More > Device Settings > Sync Now.
  • If that doesn’t work, “Forget” the WHOOP device in Bluetooth settings, then re-pair via the app.
  • Check for firmware updates: WHOOP app > More > Device Settings > Update Firmware.
  • Charge the WHOOP fully.
  • Keep the app open in the background and ensure a stable internet connection.

I know these are a bit common sense, and things you’ve likely tried, but I wanted to mention them regardless in case any of them trigger thoughts on things you can try in the future to troubleshoot.
