Hello
I am currently experiencing a persistent connection issue with my WHOOP device.
My iPhone shows the device as “connected” via Bluetooth, but the WHOOP app displays it as “disconnected” and no data is syncing.
I have already tried the following steps multiple times:

Restarted Bluetooth and my iPhone

Removed and re-paired the device

Reset network settings

Reinstalled the WHOOP app

Performed a device reset using the battery pack
Unfortunately, nothing has resolved the issue. The device only shows a green light and seems to be stuck.
At this point, I suspect a hardware or firmware problem.
Could you please assist me with a solution or advise on a possible replacement?
