Hi @Dulcita666 Thanks for reaching out! We can definitely help get this sorted. A “pairing rejected” message usually means there’s an old or interrupted Bluetooth connection saved on the phone.
Please try the steps below in order:

Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings and check if WHOOP appears under connected or saved devices. If it does, select it and choose Forget / Remove Device.

Fully close the WHOOP app, then reopen it.

Reboot your WHOOP device:
To reboot your device, please navigate to Device Settings by selecting the device icon in your app. Then go to Advanced > Reboot Device. -
Once the device restarts, return to the WHOOP app and follow the prompts to re-pair — pairing should always be completed inside the WHOOP app, not directly through your phone’s Bluetooth menu.

If possible, make sure the device isn’t trying to connect to another phone or tablet nearby, as that can cause the pairing to be rejected.
