Thanks for sharing! Does anyone have German translations? The Whoop translations are so bad that I can not find some exercises like Front Plank my German app..

Thanks for your positive feedback! :blush: Maybe try setting your Whoop app to English. On YouTube or other sites you will also find most exercises explained clearly in English.

I do sometimes watch the Whoop video explanations to get the technique right, but they often freeze when wifi or 5G is weak.

Could Whoop make it possible to lower the video resolution?
