I have raised two complaints with whoop.
- I was gifted a band as part of a study with a years free membership. It wouldn’t appear for me. Several over and back emails with no resolution and then Whoop just did not respond. 3 months later and still nothing. I have paid five months membership out of my own pocket as a result.
- Contacted whoop about deleting my whole profile in a bid to re register and see would that work. 4 days on and no response.
What is others experience of customer care? Mine is not good!
