Community- teams not working

I’ve had my WHOOP for a few years now and I really like the product. However, I cannot access the Community tab — every time I open it, the screen goes completely black. On the rare occasion I’ve managed to get into the tab to try joining a family group, the app crashes again and I disappear from their side.

I’ve emailed support multiple times over the past 5–6 months, but it still hasn’t been resolved. The latest update I received was: “Thank you again for your patience, Conor. As soon as engineering provides an update on the bug, we’ll reach out right away.”

Has anyone else had this issue?

Should I delete my account and set up a completely new WHOOP under a different email, or is there another fix?
