Coach not working

My whoop coach keeps giving an error this morning. I’ve tried forcing a restart on the app and turning my phone on and off. Any other advice?

Here are some additional steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Check for WHOOP app updates in your device’s app store and update if available.

  2. Force close the WHOOP app completely and then reopen it.

  3. If you have an Android device, try clearing the WHOOP app cache in Settings > Apps > WHOOP > Storage & Cache > Clear Cache.

  4. Ensure your phone has at least 1GB of free storage space.

  5. Check your internet connection and try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

  6. Disable any VPN you might be using, as it can interfere with app functionality.

  7. If the problem persists, uninstall the WHOOP app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app.
