My Whoop coach works in the sense that I can ask it questions and it will respond but anytime I click anything in the app to open coach such as ‘daily outlook’, ‘day in review’ or ‘view insights’ I just get a blank screen. Even if I ask it to show daily outlook it doesn’t.
I’ve tried checking my firmware, closing my app, clearing cache, restarting my phone and nothing has worked so far.
I have the same issue on Android phone. No insight when I clicked on it. Just blank whoop coach screen. Also couldn’t find chat history. It resets everytime
I am also seeing this issue. Yesterday morning however it was still working fine. I am on the one month trial and the coaching so far was the one thing that got me excited for a full membership as these insights were very useful, but if they aren’t reliably working I am unsure if paying premium is worth it. The issue is present on my end since yesterday evening. Clearing cache etc doesn’t help unfortunately.
I’ve also been having this behaviour all the way through my trial, except for a few days last week where it worked. Also Android, latest app, tried reinstalling and clearing cache etc.
