Clip sturdiness?

Is it normal for this clip to come undone soo easily? (i.e everyone I take off my whoop) or should I return it?

The same happened to me with a just 2 weeks old band. I was told I should clip it together again. Great help

Clasp broken on replacement device

Hey @Christina1, Here’s the quickest path forward: WHOOP’s lifetime warranty covers the sensor and battery, not bands or clasps. Normal wear can loosen or degrade them. Try removing the band and check the clasp or slider for anything stuck or bent. If it feels loose, gently squeeze the clasp’s metal prongs for a snugger fit.
