Clasp broken on replacement device

After about 3 weeks the clasp of my MG device is broken. It’s already a replacement device. What do I do? The sensor is not held in place and the band falls apart when wearing.

Hey @Christina1,

Here’s the quickest path forward:

  • WHOOP’s lifetime warranty covers the sensor and battery, not bands or clasps. Normal wear can loosen or degrade them.

  • Try removing the band and check the clasp or slider for anything stuck or bent. If it feels loose, gently squeeze the clasp’s metal prongs for a snugger fit.

  • If the band or clasp is cracked or beyond a quick fix, the fastest solution is to pick up a replacement in the WHOOP Shop.

If you think the band is defective, email support@whoop.com and include clear photos so the team can review. While we do our best to help here, the community forum isn’t set up for direct support, the best way forward is to reach out to our membership services team.

Thank you so much. The band is not even 3 weeks old. I’ve only worn it at night.
