I have requested a return for my 4.0 free trial band and received the return label email along with the invoice and a link to schedule the package pickup.
However, when I attempted to schedule the delivery, there was no option available for pickup. At the same time, I noticed I have been charged a shipment fee.
Could you kindly clarify if I should drop off the package at the nearest DHL delivery center, or will DHL come to collect it from my location?
