I’m hoping you can help. My WHOOP wasn’t charging for several months. A couple of weeks ago it unexpectedly started working again, but now I’m back to being unable to charge it. I have two battery packs and neither one is working.
I’ve been a WHOOP member since 2019 and have always upgraded over the years. I genuinely appreciate the product and the new functionality you continue to roll out, but at this point I really need support to get this resolved.
I’d greatly appreciate either a replacement device or the opportunity to speak with someone on the support team to troubleshoot this live.
