I have tried everything I can to charge my battery. I’m desperately need a new charger to continue my successful journey with Whoop. I’m not interested in upgrading but I am interested in my continued service from WHOOP has helped me tremendously with my sleep keeping the track. Thank you looking forward to receiving a new charger.

I understand how important it is to keep your WHOOP charged and tracking your sleep. If your charger is not working and you need a replacement, please note that WHOOP does not provide free replacements for chargers. You would need to purchase a new charger to continue using your device.
Before purchasing a new charger, please ensure you have tried these troubleshooting steps:

Use only the charging cable supplied by WHOOP.

Make sure the USB charging port on your device is clean and dry.

Use an agency-approved power supply that meets local regulatory requirements.

If you have a WHOOP 4.0, you can try updating the battery pack firmware using the Battery Pack Updater on your computer.
If after these steps your charger still does not work, you can purchase a replacement charger from WHOOP’s shop.
