Charged me twice for sub

Whoop band A( I have band and paid 270 something)

Whoop band B( I don’t have band and they took my card and deducted 219 for subscription)

Goal:- to cancel whoop band B subscription and get refund for whoop band B and start using Whoop band A

So I don’t want to return my order I want to use it for one year in which I paid 270 something including subscription and in which I received the band today but I want to cancel out the subscription of 219 which was deducted today because I said I have a whoop band because I wanted to set up the whoop band

And in different words:-

I got the whoop band today I paid 270 euros something and I was trying to connect the band and the app asks when we open it that do you have a band or no, so I said I have a band then I created an account and then they asked for my card details and they also mention that they’ll not deduct money and then they just deducted 219 for subscription and I don’t have a band

Thank you so much for replying and giving some relief because I’m a student and I have to pay bills and groceries for this months and and I get money monthly from my parents and suddenly they deducted the money and I was like ohhh fck what should I do but yeah I believe that they’ll sort it out
