Charged for a year on old whoop 3 month trial

I used my husband’s whoop 4.0 as part of the 3 month trial after he upgraded to 5.0. I selected monthly billing at the start of that process. As I wanted the flexibility and was charged for a year. I no longer want a subscription and want to cancel, however I was incorrectly charged for a year and you have no policies on the refund on the 3 month trial period as there is no return necessary.

So I would like to find out how to get the rest of that year subscription refunded.

Good luck with that - Whoop basically take money and NEVER refund. I am currently asking them to refund me for £229 that was charged on 27th December for a device I gifted two years ago. My ex kept the card on her device, last year Whoop refused to refund, and said they wouldnt let it charge again. Yet here we are and one again they have done it. They are not a very honourable company IMO.
