It’s really nice to have a weekly calendar approach but sometimes there are special days (bank holidays).
So it would be nice to be able from the sleep planner to be able change only the next alarm (hour, on/off) without disabling or impacting the global calendar (that would resume the day after).
+1. There are days I need to just sleep and I find when I turn off the alarm, I frequently forget to turn it back on. My phone stays in the kitchen at night so I can’t just make a quick change if I remember once in bed.
+1 as well. Fairly new to whoop but 1. sometimes tracking thinks I went to sleep way early (1-2 hours early) if I’m reading before bed and then alarm goes off way too early if set to sleep need 2. I also appreciate the schedule approach as it helps to encourage regularity since I don’t have a hard wakeup routine, but sometimes I need to wake up early and there’s currently no way to do that for one morning without turning off the whole schedule.
