Can't setup my whoop because of server connection failed

Hello here,

i’m pretty new and shortly i’ve purchased a peak abo.

like the topic here : Server Connection

my app failed to connect to the whoops servers.

Result is an error Page stating server seems to take a nap.

Status page says all green. Restarting app+ phone make no changes.

and I get each time per mail if it was me who try to connect to theaccount.

In the topic that I mentionned on top where no reaction to a solution and it’s old.

Then I create a topic.

Furthermore I’ve sent a request on the support team at support@whoop.com on the 28/06.

Still no reaction.

Could someone have look here and helps please?
