Cancellation monthly membership

I am writing to express my frustration with the process of canceling my WHOOP membership. My membership is a monthly plan, which can be terminated on a monthly basis. However, when I attempted to cancel, I was told that I would need to pay for an additional four months (EUR 120) during which no new data would even be uploaded to my account.

This is not in line with the terms I agreed to. On top of this, when I contacted customer support, I only received AI-generated responses that provided incorrect instructions and did not address my situation. Please cancel my subscription immediately, without any additional charges.

WHOOP memberships that are billed monthly do come with an initial 12-month commitment, which is why cancellations before the end of that period may require paying for the remaining months.
