I have canceled my subscription, when refund will back to my account?

Refunds for canceled WHOOP memberships typically take 7–10 business days to process and appear back in your account after the refund is initiated.

Refund eligibility and timing depend on the type of membership and when the cancellation occurs:

  • If canceled within the trial or return period (usually 30 days), a refund may be processed.

  • After the return period or during an active membership commitment, refunds are generally not provided.

  • For auto-renewals, if canceled within 7 days and the device is returned, a full refund may be possible.

  • Between 8–30 days post-renewal, a full refund may be offered if no data was uploaded.

  • Between 31–90 days post-renewal, a prorated refund may be offered if no data was uploaded.
