Canceling membership without strap

Hello I need help canceling my membership. I cannot locate my strap after a move so on the membership app webpage I cannot cancel.

Whoop support is not helping me solve my issue of canceling my reoccurring charge. Despite them telling me my account subscription is cancelled. Is there a number I can call or can you resolve this yourself?
