Hi, I am a giftee / recipient of an 4.0.
As descripted here ( Whoop Support ) I should get a two months trial.
Tomorrow the two months trial is ending, and I would like to cancel my membership.
But my account and the Ai support says that I am already in a one-year-plan and I cannot cancel.
How can I avoid having to pay tomorrow?
