Cancel Trial and order a new membership?

Hi folks,

I wonder if I cancel the trial version can I order a new membership right after it? Currently, if I want to order a new whoop 5 it says the only option is to upgrade to the MG membership.

The reason is simple: I haven’t noticed that I get the wired charger and a refurbished device with the trial, which is a bummer.

Bonus: Does it make a difference if I order from Amazon or via Whoop itself?

I am also currently on the trial version and wondering if I continue do I receive a new device and wireless charger, and if so, am I advised on how to return the current device

If you choose to continue with a paid membership, you won’t receive a new device or wireless charger. The WHOOP 5.0 and charger that came with your trial are yours to keep once you convert.

If you decide not to continue, no problem, just make sure to cancel within the 30-day trial and return the WHOOP 5.0 and charger to avoid any charges. You can take care of everything right in the WHOOP app:

Here’s how to return your WHOOP gear:

  1. Open the WHOOP app.

  2. Tap the More tab (or go to your Profile and tap the three lines in the corner).

  3. Head to My Account > Membership.

  4. Follow the cancellation steps to start your return.

  5. Download the return label or QR code.

  6. Pack up your WHOOP device, battery pack, band, and charger.

  7. Drop it in the mail within 7 days of requesting the return label.

Important: Make sure to include both the device and charger to avoid a $110 restocking fee. Once we get everything back and inspect it, we’ll process any refund that applies.
