Hello everyone, I hope someone here can help.
I tried the 30-day trial and it will expire soon. I already canceled and I want to return the device.
The problem is that I paid the return shipping fee and received a UPS return label from WHOOP. The issue is that I live in Romania, and the nearest UPS drop-off location is about a 3-hour drive from me.
On the UPS website there is also no option available for a pickup at my address, so at the moment I literally have no way to send the package back.
Is there any solution for this situation? I obviously don’t want to be charged the 100+ EUR penalty just because I cannot return the device within 7 days due to the lack of UPS service in my area, which is clearly outside of my control.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
