Does WHOOP track any metrics that could help me estimate when I’m ovulating?
WHOOP does not directly predict ovulation. The ovulatory phase indicators in Menstrual Cycle Insights are estimates only and should not be used for birth control or fertility tracking.
That said, you can manually log ovulation in the Journal or within the Menstrual Cycle Insights feature to track your own patterns. If you have any trouble finding this option, we’re happy to help.
