Currently, I have to set the wake alarm either daily or weekly to achieve this. And realistically, I don’t use the Whoop alarm function because it wont let me align my waking and sleeping time with my circadian rhythm. I use an app on my phone for this function.
I believe that this feature would be in line with people who want to improve their health, thoughts?
Is it a possibility that this is on a feature roadmap?
Hi @zenterflow, I love this idea. Very cool. I could picture a world someday where this would exist… giving members more choice as to the type of alarm they’re interested in. Today, we give you a few options like waking up when you’re “In the Green” or once you’ve reached a specific Sleep Goal (or Exact Time obviously), but I like where your head is at… there’s other options beyond those three. Your use case is a really interesting one.
