Hi there! due to financial constraints this month I haven’t been able to pay the monthly bill for whoop for the first time which is so upsetting. I’m also getting emails saying it’s about to cancel my membership. I don’t know what to do or what the process would be if it did cancel and I tried to renew?

You can actually pause your membership! Here is how it works…
You can pause your WHOOP membership for up to 3 months if you meet the eligibility criteria: you must have an active membership, not be in a commitment period, and not have paused within the last 12 months. Pausing temporarily halts billing and membership features, and your data will be saved during the pause.
To pause your membership:

Log in to the WHOOP web app at app.whoop.com.

Go to the Membership section.

Select “Pause Membership.”

Choose the duration (up to 3 months) and confirm.
The pause takes effect immediately, and you can unpause anytime by visiting the same section. Billing will resume when you reactivate your membership.
