Can’t get WHOOP 4.0 into Pairing Mode

I have been a whoop member for 3 years now and haven’t had any problems. I’ve been on the whoop support page for 2 days now trying to get my device into pairing mode and I just cannot get it. My device is charged, I wait for the green LED sensor to turn off, and I tap it aggressively… sometimes more aggressive than needed. Anyway, whenever I tap it the light on the side always displays as green and not a single time has it gone blue for “pairing mode” please help me I do not want to cancel my subscription if I don’t have to! Happened to me as well and I got no support except AI-generated instructions that I could find on the web. I followed every instruction (3-4 times) to try to pair and nothing worked. I ended up having to buy a new sensor. I thought the sensor was warranted, but apparently not.

Here because I’ve got the same problem with 5.0. Also followed the steps several times to no avail. I’ve raised a ticket but not holding my breath.

I had the same problem and found that if I continued to double tap (quite aggressively) after i had a green light it would eventually turn into a flashing blue pairing light - albeit not for very long, but long enough to pair with my iPhone.
