Can’t cancel my membership

I’ve had the same whoop for almost 2yrs now but since they’ve upgraded to a new gen of whoop my whoop just doesn’t seem to be very accurate and would like to cancel instead of upgrading however I have searched every in the app and have no option to cancel my auto renewal before it renews in a couple months

You can cancel your WHOOP membership using the steps below. If you don’t see the option, just let us know and we’ll take care of it for you.

Cancel in the WHOOP App

  1. Open the WHOOP app.

  2. Go to More (bottom right).

  3. Select My Account.

  4. Tap Membership.

  5. Choose Cancel Membership and follow the prompts.

Cancel on the Web

  1. Go to app.whoop.com and sign in.

  2. Click ProfileMembership.

  3. Select Cancel Membership and confirm.

If you still don’t see a cancellation option, the team at support@whoop.com will be able to cancel it for you so it won’t auto-renew!
