Can I download all of my data?

Is there a way for me to download all of the data I’ve accrued during my year with Whoop?

Some kind of easy to understand Infograph perhaps (like the app)

Yes you can!

To download your WHOOP data:

  1. Open the WHOOP app.

  2. On iOS: Tap the More icon in the navigation bar. If you see a Profile icon instead, tap it, then tap the three bars at the top. Then go to App Settings > Data Export.

  3. On Android: Tap the More icon in the navigation bar. If you see a Profile icon instead, tap it, then tap the three bars at the top. Then go to Data Export.

  4. Confirm or update your email address.

  5. Select “Create Export” to start the process.

  6. You will receive an email with a link to download your data within 24 hours.

  7. The export link expires after 7 days, so be sure to download your data promptly.

Your data will be delivered in multiple CSV files containing various physiological and activity metrics.
