I have been wearing my whoop 1633 days and for approximately 1600+ days my caloric burn was consistent, especially when working. I am a teacher, coach etc and when working my caloric burn weekly averages between 3200 and 4000. Since switching to the 5 my averages have dropped significantly to 2500 to 2900 despite increasing training volume, intensity and NEAT. Sure, health can be measured in “efficiency”, but something is off with the calories. Now with the 5 an activity (in the 14s) burns fewer calories but still results in a similar strain as the 4. I have not Caloric burn is a big metric for me and since switching to the 5, something feels off. I have not changed anything excessively and find the drastic reduction in caloric burn troubling.

Yeah, there is definitely sth very off. I can do two training sessions a day, 15k steps and Whoop shows me a total of 1450 KCal burned. It is ridiculous - this is less than my BMR.
