Calories count not accurat

There is a big inaccuracy in calculating the total calories which is supposed to be the most important feature of WHOOP. My calculated resting total calories burned per day is around 2200kcal.
Whoop is showing only 2100 kcal total calories for a day with 30,000 steps.

Since most of my steps are done in zone 0 heart rate I can conclude that the algorithm to estimate the calories using the heart rates only is not accurate at all. Can someone from the team explain this . this is disappointing

I’ve also found the calorie counter to be really inaccurate. Based on my height, weight, gender, and activity level, even the most basic calorie calculator online is closer.

I’m not sure why it runs on the low end.

For the record I’m 41, male, 188lbs, 6’ft and I do about 1 hour of cardio or strength training 5-6 days a week. I should be closer to 2800-3200 but it always puts me around 2400 which would make me lose weight.
