Boxer order is final apparently

PSA for anyone buying boxers. If you try to return unworn boxers because they are the wrong length, Customer Support will tell you that all sales are final per section 10 of the terms. No where on the product page does it say sales are final, no where in the email does it say sales are final.

In my case I ordered the wrong length for 1 by accident. I tried to update the order before it shipped, not allowed and I have an email saying I can initiate a return once I receive my shipment.

Decent product, customer care and transparency on the website is terrible
