Bought 12 months and it says membership expired

Hey everyone, I paid for the whoop 5.0 for a whole year and when I signed onto the app, it says that my membership is expired. I’ve already tried all the steps like logging in and out and deleting the app. What else can I do to get my credits?

PS: Already created a ticket with the number: 04142233 but it’s been two days and no sign of life…
