I went to app.whoop.com to cancel my subscription on Nov 28th 2025 and instead of canceling I inadvertently paused. When I went to unpause to cancel, because the option to cancel disappeared, it automatically renewed an annual subscription at $239. FYI - my subscription was not to auto-renew until Nov 29th 2025. I would have cancel MUCH earlier but it makes it seem like you lose your remaining subscription if you cancel early, even though it was paid in full already. I DO NOT want this subscription and can’t get through to a human. This is Tesla level terrible customer service. I NEED A REFUND. There wasn’t a confirmation prompt or anything it just automatically charged me. What a terrible user interface and even worse customer service. How can you NOT have a phone number to call when you are charging people SO MUCH money for a premium subscription service like this. SUCH BS.
