Billing and Membership

I was recently charged my new annual renewal. I was originally given my whoop and membership as a gift and my day count only said 363. I was unaware of the automatic annual renewal and thought it was set on month to month and can’t afford to have that all come out of my account. Has anyone else dealt with this and been able to get in contact with someone to resolve it? I don’t want to cancel my account just want to change my payment plan.
