The external battery died completely after just two months of use. I’ve tried different cables, different power sources, cleaning the charging port, and even the firmware update utility, but nothing helped. No LEDs are flashing, and there are no other signs of life.
I’ve looked through similar issues here, but I couldn’t find any solutions, except for one comment where the battery suddenly started working again and has been fine ever since. That’s not exactly the solution I’m hoping for.
What would you suggest?
