Battery life issue

I bought my whoop 5.0 in September. First few weeks it was OK, but now the battery is constantly dying after 5 days. Usually the first 1-2 days are OK (drains at 10%/day), and then all of a sudden I’ll receive a notification saying I have 36 hours left. I’m not broadcasting heart rate, my firmware is up to date, and I work out maximum 1 hour a day. I would like a refund or new device or something, insane I paid for a device that says it lasts 14 days only to die 1/3 of the way into that constantly .

I’m it has the be defective. Mine discharges about about 5-7 percent a day.
