Battery charge 5.0

My new battery on the 5.0 is not lasting one full day, could you please advise as this is supposed to last 14 days

If your new battery is not lasting a full day, here are some steps to try that may help improve battery life:

  1. Perform a hard reboot of your WHOOP device via the WHOOP app under Device Settings > Advanced > Reboot Device.

  2. Ensure your device fits properly on your wrist; a loose fit can cause the sensor to use more power.

  3. Avoid extreme temperatures as they can reduce battery efficiency.

  4. Keep your WHOOP firmware updated to the latest version.

  5. Check if features like continuous HR Broadcast, frequent use of live features, or frequent vibrations (haptics) are enabled, as these can drain the battery faster.

  6. Make sure the charger is properly aligned and charging fully; the LED on the charger should turn solid green when fully charged.

I’m absolutley unhappy with the support. I have the same issue with my band but whoop seems not to be able to respond to my ticket which is open now for two days and my band is runing out soon.

I guess that I will quite my contract.
