Averages for Steps and Strain

I would like to see the option, for when trying to hit your weekly goals, instead of only being able to put a daily goal for these things, to have a weekly average for these goals.

For instance if I have a daily strain goal of 12 and I work hard one day and get a 16 strain but the next day is a rest day and I only get a 10 strain, I don’t want to miss my goals because of a rest day. Same goes for steps and other categories that would apply.

So I would 50% for my strain goals when I actually averaged 13 for the two days. Having the average option would allow me to still meet 100% of my weekly goal based on how I average the days out.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this idea! It’s a thoughtful suggestion, and I can absolutely see how a weekly average goal option for metrics like Strain or Steps would give you more flexibility, especially on days when your routine naturally includes harder training or intentional rest.
