I have recently been diagnosed with a mild case of Atrial Flutter. Whoop helped me detect this because I see huge HRV spikes. Interestingly had a meeting with Whoop around the same time my issues started. Whilst I think it is important to show the spikes it should not affect the recovery scores. But again harping on about them using a percentage rather than the range. They promised me they would address this but 4 months later they are still using a percentage which is highly skewed by these spikes.
Anyway this is not a complaining message this is an informational Message. If you see crazy spikes like this it could be signs of AFIB.
