I set my new Whoop up last week and successfully took a couple of ECG readings. Wanted to take one today and the app won’t let me select the “Take a new ECG Reading”. It just ignores me trying to press the button. Any ideas? I’ve tried closing and restarting the app. The Whoop has plenty of power and is connected to the app.

Same here. Seems a bug that came yesterday. According to a support ticket I have it’s known issue. Super frustrating though, happens so often that the app updates and issues are found.

Looks like an update got pushed out last night. It’s now working.

Yes it was, so it’s nice they responded fast but I find it awfully frustrating that they release updates to the app without properly testing.
